Southern Barbeque Pulled Pork Sandwich with Apple Cabbage Slaw
Ingredients:
1 Package Legacy Southern BBQ Pulled Pork Shoulder Roast
Brioche Slider Buns
Apple Cabbage Coleslaw
1 package pre-made coleslaw bag of your choice (400g)
1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and finely chopped
Slaw Dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon celery seed (optional)
Preparation:
Step 1
Follow the cooking instructions as listed on the back of the package.
Step 2
While the meat is cooking start by preparing your apple cabbage coleslaw.
Step 3
Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl & set aside
Step 4
Toss with slaw ingredients. Allow to sit for at least 1 hour before serving
Step 5
Shred pork with 2 forks. Add meat to drippings and toss to combine.
Step 6
Add coleslaw and shredded meat to your toasted sliders, and serve warm
