Cottage Roll Recipe:
Pickled beet Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • Pickled beets: 400 g, sliced

  • Onion: 50 g, thinly sliced

  • Cracked black pepper: to taste

  • (Optional: 1–2 tbsp beet pickling liquid)

Method:
Combine all ingredients. Chill until ready to serve
