Cottage Roll Recipe:
Cucumber Dill Salad
Serves 4
Ingredients:
Cucumber: 300 g, sliced
Onion: 40 g, thinly sliced
Fresh dill: 5 g, chopped
White or cider vinegar: 30 ml
Salt and black pepper: to taste
Method:
Toss all ingredients together. Let rest 10–15 minutes before serving.
