Cottage Roll Recipe:
Cucumber Dill Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber: 300 g, sliced

  • Onion: 40 g, thinly sliced

  • Fresh dill: 5 g, chopped

  • White or cider vinegar: 30 ml

  • Salt and black pepper: to taste

Method:
Toss all ingredients together. Let rest 10–15 minutes before serving.
