Cottage Roll Recipe:
Pickled beet Salad

Ingredients

  • Cooked cottage roll: 250 g, sliced

  • Soft sandwich buns or ciabatta rolls: 2

  • Apple & cabbage slaw: 1 cup (light vinegar dressing)

Method

  1. Place cottage roll slices fat side up on a baking tray or air-fryer basket.

  2. Crisp at 425°F (220°C) for 8–10 minutes in the oven or 400°F (205°C) for 4–6 minutes in the air fryer.

  3. Warm the buns lightly.

  4. Assemble with cottage roll and slaw. Serve immediately.
