Cottage Roll Recipe:
Cottage Roll Hash Brown

Ingredients

  • Cooked cottage roll: 250 g, diced

  • Potatoes, parboiled, then grated: 300 g

  • Green onions: 30 g, sliced

  • Neutral oil or butter: 1–2 tbsp

  • Salt and black pepper: to taste

Method

  1. After parboiling, cool potatoes slightly, grate, and gently squeeze out excess moisture.

  2. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add grated potatoes in an even layer and cook 4–6 minutes until golden and crisp on the bottom.

  4. Flip or stir, add diced cottage roll, and cook 3–4 minutes more until lightly browned and heated through.
