Classic Cottage Roll & Mustard Sandwich

Ingredients
Cooked cottage roll: 200 g, sliced
Bread (rye, multigrain, or white): 4 slices
Grainy or yellow mustard: to taste
Pickles or pickled onions: optional
Method
Lightly toast the bread, if desired.
Spread mustard on the bread.
Layer with sliced cottage roll and pickles, if using.
Serve warm or cold.
