Classic Cottage Roll & Mustard Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Cooked cottage roll: 200 g, sliced

  • Bread (rye, multigrain, or white): 4 slices

  • Grainy or yellow mustard: to taste

  • Pickles or pickled onions: optional

Method

  1. Lightly toast the bread, if desired.

  2. Spread mustard on the bread.

  3. Layer with sliced cottage roll and pickles, if using.

  4. Serve warm or cold.
