Cottage Roll Recipe:
Apple & Cabbage Slaw

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • Green cabbage: 400 g, shredded

  • Apple: 200 g, julienned

  • Cider vinegar: 30 ml

  • Neutral oil: 30 ml

  • Salt and black pepper: to taste

Method:
Toss until lightly coated. Serve fresh or lightly chilled.
